Our Pet Policy

  • 2-Pet Maximum
  • Monthly Pet Rent – $35/Pet
  • One Time Non-Refundable Pet Fee – $300/1 Pet, $500/2 Pets
  • Refundable Pet Deposit - $100/1 Pet, $200/2 Pets
  • Breed Restrictions* - The Following Dog Breeds (or Any Mix Thereof) are Not Permitted:​ Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Huskies, Pit Bulls (American Staffordshire Terriers & Staffordshire Bull Terriers), Rottweilers, St. Bernards, Wolf Hybrids & Bull Mastiffs.

*All pets, regardless of breed or exemption status, are required to be registered through OurPetPolicy.
